Shipping policy
UK (ENGLAND, WALES & SCOTLAND) SHIPPING
We’d love to be able to ship your order free of charge, but as a small business, we are unable to offer this at the moment without a minimum spend of £50, although we occasionally lower this amount at our discretion. Alternatively, collection is available at Number 12, SK10 2JN (this is a residential address so please respect our neighbours when arriving)
Once your order has been placed, we aim to deliver it to you within 2-5 working days. All orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
We currently use Evri for our shipping so that we can provide a reliable tracking system for your delivery.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. This is the address that we will send your order to and, if this is inaccurate, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note that, if we need to re-ship your parcel to the correct address, this will incur an additional shipping fee that must be paid before we re-send your parcel.
Free Shipping: All orders of £50 and over qualify for free shipping.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address once your order has dispatched.
UK SHIPPING
Standard Delivery up to 1KG - £3.95 (despatched within 3-5 working days)
Orders over 1KG - £5.95 (despatched within 3-5 working days)

Shipping to Europe:
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship our products to Europe due to the rules regarding cosmetic products supplied from the UK since 1st January 2021. We apologise profusely for this and we're as disappointed as you are that this is happening. Hopefully, this will be resolved at some point in the near future.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All parcels will be sent via Evri international.
- Customs or import duty fees may be charged once the parcel reaches the USA and we have no control over these charges. Prior to ordering, please check the fees you may need to pay as these vary from country to country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
